As a 5th-generation Walla Wallan, Travis Watts has a deep-rooted connection to real estate in the community. Growing up immersed in the rental home business alongside his parents and grandparents, Travis has been around real estate for as long as he can remember. After earning his degree in Finance and Real Estate from WSU, he went on to launch his own construction company, building investment properties, custom homes, and speculative projects.
In addition to his hands-on experience, Travis taught the Carpentry program at Walla Walla Community College. His expertise spans real estate investment, land development, and property management, allowing him to provide valuable insights to clients making important decisions about buying or selling homes. Over the last decade as a realtor, Travis has been proud to help his clients turn their real estate dreams into reality—whether it's finding the perfect home, navigating the sale of a property, or managing complex transactions.
When he's not working with clients or in the office, Travis loves spending time with his wife and two young children. He enjoys coaching his kids’ soccer and baseball teams, boating, and snowmobiling. He currently serves on the Walla Walla Little League Board.
