As a Walla Walla native, I witnessed its great transformation- from a silent downtown to now a robust and vibrant place that was recently voted number one as America’s best wine region. My intimate knowledge of this region, and my experiences of having lived here all of my life give me enthusiasm and desire to make my home, your home. My passion for real estate and design will provide my clients an advantageous edge for finding or selling their home.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering in the community and powerlifting.

"Whether you are looking to buy or sell a house in the greater Walla Walla area, I cannot recommend a better, more client-focused realtor than Melissa! She is fabulous! A stellar professional who worked tirelessly (and patiently I might add) with my wife and I to find just the right place for us.
First, she is personable, easy to warm up to and is a great listener! It won't take her long to help you to sort out and prioritize your needs; she helps work through the "nice to haves" against your bottom line requirements. Then she goes to work! For us, she put together a list of 6-8 houses to visit over the Easter weekend. Each one presented a unique view into Walla Walla Living - each with character and unique pros and cons. She carefully walked us through each one, answering questions, referring back to our needs, commenting on ideas, asking us how we were feeling about the house. There was never ANY pressure, at all. Carefully, she fine-tuned what we were looking for, and though we didn't put an offer in on one that weekend, she patiently kept looking - and provided further listings. Always she went back to your requirements and searches out suggestions. She stayed in touch with us, never pushing, just "checking in" to see about a listing your provided, or just to see how we were doing. It wasn't long before she helped us dial in on a home in late April. Then, she kicked into high gear and let me tell you, she really helped keep the process moving forward - from our initial offer to closing - she was in lockstep with us every day! We both felt we had an advocate working for us through each step of the purchasing process.
I can't imagine a seller wouldn't have a similar experience - she's just so detailed and thoroughly communicates each step along the way with such warm candor that you can't help but feel she's really looking out for you. So it was no surprise that our closing went with very few bumps. She had us prepared and partnered with our lender very closely.
